Black Hills Shuttle Service

All rental rates are per person, any additional rider incurs a $25/person fee. We operate on a first come, first serve basis. Your group may be riding with others. Please contact us as soon as you can to claim your desired shuttle time. We operate out of two, 12-passenger vans with covered trailers. Shuttles can be scheduled for anytime to just about anywhere in the Black Hills. No group is too big or small! Give us a call if you have any questions or concerns.

All shuttle services, please arrive 15-30 minutes BEFORE your scheduled departure. This ensures time to complete waivers, load bicycles, gear and persons, and tackle any last-minute fixes or adjustments that may come up. (Save time and click here to read or print out a waiver in advance!) Please respect other customers' and our employees' time by planning ahead and being punctual. Our shuttle drivers are instructed to leave no later than five minutes after the scheduled departure time, whether all riders are present or not. To recieve a full refund, we require a 3-day notice for changes or cancellations on all bike rentals and shuttle services. For any changes made to number of riders, destination or pick-up change, or variation in scheduled time, please allow for a 24-hour to avoid additional charges or complications.

     For trailhead pick-ups, please provide staff with a phone number we can best reach you at on the day of your scheduled pick-up. If shuttle drivers must wait an additional 30 minutes or more, an additional charge will be added. Discuss your route plans with any staff member, and we would be happy to help narrow down your expected arrival!
